FORGIVE ME, LEONARD PEACOCK Is Going To Be a Movie

And that's not even the best part!

FORGIVE ME, LEONARD PEACOCK Is Going To Be a Movie

Yesterday, we received the fascinating news that Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock is going to be made into a movie, helmed by - wait for it - Channing Tatum, in his directorial debut. I don't know why, but this news makes me positively gleeful!

The FYA Book Club read Matthew Quick’s novel (review here) last December, and had mixed feelings. The book is definitely brilliant, but also pretty dark, y’all.

Word is that Tatum is also looking to star in the movie.

You’re surely picturing him as the German teacher right now. Go ahead, we’ll wait.

How do you think the Chan man will do? Feel free to start casting in the comments! But do not try to make Alex Pettyfer happen.

Kandis Seaver's photo About the Author: Kandis read adult fiction as a teenager and now makes up for it by reading all the YA she can get her hands on. (The swoonier, the better!) She lives in Austin, where she enjoys Wonder Woman collectibles, livetweeting everything, and cocktails with her FYA book club pals. She has never stopped watching Veronica Mars.
