Better Than An Old Set Of China

BOOK REPORT for Inherit the Stars (Inherit the Stars #1) by Tessa Elwood

Cover Story: Don’t Look At Me
BFF Charm: Eventually
Swoonworthy Scale: 3 to 6
Talky Talk: Choppy
Bonus Factor: Space Princess
Relationship Status: Missed Connection

Although Inherit the Stars is a book about space royalty and the intrigue and politics that come with, the choppy nature of the plot and flat characters don't quite make for a royal read.

Mandy Curtis's photo About the Author: Mandy is a small town girl living in a nerdy world, or—if you want to get literal—an editor/writer living in Austin, TX. In addition to yearning for YA books—the more dystopian or fantastical, the better—she can also be found swooning over superheroes, dreaming of The Doctor and grinning at GIFs.
