The Official January 2017 FYA Calendar

Happy New Year, friends!

This month’s FYA Book Club pick is Jeff Zentner’s The Serpent King. (Read my review of the book here.) The book is an intense look at friendships and family relationships, and what it means to grow up in a rural area. (Fair warning: You might not want to read it in a public place.)

This month’s calendar takes inspiration from the book’s cover, which itself draws on events of the novel. Click the links below the images to download wallpapers for your computer or phone.

Here’s to a 2017 filled with amazing books!

Mandy Curtis's photo About the Author: Mandy is a small town girl living in a nerdy world, or—if you want to get literal—an editor/writer living in Austin, TX. In addition to yearning for YA books—the more dystopian or fantastical, the better—she can also be found swooning over superheroes, dreaming of The Doctor and grinning at GIFs.
