In this week’s Stream It, Stephanie corrects our egregious oversight and sings the praises of Stardust.
In book reviews:
- Brian picked up the short story collection Study Break, written by gen Z authors and edited by Aashna Avachat, and set at a fictional university.
- Amanda found The Nanny by Lana Ferguson to be fun and sexy but despite the vast array of romance tropes, not a dream book.
- Mandy C. reviewed Macbeth, by some up-and-comer named Bill Shakespeare and illustrated by K. Briggs. This version is a graphic adaptation that stays true to the original text while utilizing a beautiful and strange mixed-media art style.
- Stephanie checked out Rachel Lynn Soloman’s adult romance, Business or Pleasure, centered on a ghostwriter and an actor who used to be on a Teen Wolf-esque show. Their meet-cute involves a disastrous one-night stand before they find out they’ll be working together.
