When Sazz is shot in Charles’s apartment while dressed like Charles, it’s not difficult to see who the real target was. But why him? Why now?

Oliver has found love, but Loretta’s acting star is on the rise. Will she outgrow him?

Selena Gomez in Only Murders in the Building

Same actor but new role, Rudd comes back at an alcoholic Irish stuntman and colleague of Sazz’s.

Jane Lynch in Only Murders in the Building

Murdered in the final episode of Season 3, Sazz appears in a lot of flashbacks and we learn of her and Charles’s deep friendship.

Eugene Levy, Eva Longoria, and Zach Galifianakis in Only Murders in the Building

Eugene Levy, Eva Longoria, and Zach Galifianakis as themselves

The ‘Only Murders in the Building’ podcast is now so popular that it’s being made into a high-budget Hollywood film, staring the above actors. Levy torments Charles, trying to get into his head and force him to own his anger. Longoria keeps mentioning how she’s practically Mabel’s age. And Galifianakis hates the whole stupid project and is annoyed at having to hang out with Oliver.

Molly Shannon in Only Murders in the Building

Molly Shannon as Bev Melon

The producer of the ‘Only Murders’ movie.

Melissa McCarthy in Only Murders in the Building

Melissa McCarthy as Doreen

Doreen is Charles’s sister. They trio has to hide out at her house for a bit, and she’s kind of sweet on Oliver.

Ron Howard in Only Murders in the Building

Ron Howard as himself

Oliver keeps telling anecdotes about his friendship with the famous director. But when he and Charles are cast as extras in one of Howard’s films in order to gather clues, will the stories prove true? Whatever you do, don’t mention the fishing hole.

Couch Sharing Capability: Off-Menu Chinese Soup

You’d think after four seasons they’d start to get stale, but this was another winner. This is a layered cast, with more members than I feel like including here, and they’re all pretty funny. Once again, it’s been renewed and I’ll be tuning in.

Recommended Level of Inebriation: Cast Party

As before, you might want to say sober to see if you can work out who the murderer is. Shannon was a good addition to the cast, and Lynch really shone as an aging stunt person looking to do something different.

So what did the cryptic message Sazz scrawled with her own blood mean? Did Oliver really see Ron Howard’s nipples? What’s up with the weird people in the West Tower? Why is there a pig running around the building? Does Glen have DTs or are there really rats everywhere? What really happened to Doreen’s spleen? Why does the script writer have a fake beard?
