Happy March Madness, y’all! The odds are thus far ever in my favor because I actually cooked a successful meal! For this month’s Cooking TragicLee, I prepared a breakfast pizza in a most tenuous connection to The Breakfast Club. I originally considered going the St. Patrick’s Day route and creating a dish inspired by Patrick Swayze, patron saint of my life and loins, but alas. Y’all knocked him and his ragtag group of Greasers out of the running this past Sunday. Not that I’m bitter or anything.
